Hello My Darlings,

How is everyone doing with ” More Fiber Less Starch Challenge “? I am doing pretty good with it, all though training seemed a bit challenging today, maybe it’s the weather. It’s been so freaking hot here in FL, but I’m sure it’s crazy like that everywhere now. It’s quite a challenge to train in a weather like that, good thing I have a pool I can jump into after my workout.

Electric Beat Workout

Hello my Darlings,

I am super exited to present you with another upper body and core workout. This workout was very challenging and it was very fun, I know you guys are gonna love it. The time in which you complete this routine is up to you, also you have a choice to do either 2 or 3 rounds. I did 2 rounds in 23 minutes and 11 seconds, but I didn’t modify any exercise and I did all of my pull-ups unassisted. If you are planning on using assistance in your pull-ups then I recommend you do 3 rounds. I am also on day 2 of Strong Like Susan abs challenge, and I did that after my workout.

Diet Challenge: More Fiber Les...

Hello my Darlings,

Few weeks ago we did ” No Sugar Challenge ” which I really enjoy if I may add :), so this week I though it was time for another one. Today I asked your opinions about the challenge on my Facebook and most of you agreed that this week we should focus on lowering the amount of starchy carbohydrates that we consume and I wanted to add more fibrous kinds of carbs. The reason we do these challenges is to create better habits and change our eating approach over time instead of all at once.

I am back with a new lower body workout. This workout took me about 20 minutes to complete. This is one of those routines that looks easy but it’s always harder than it looks. The most important thing is to always have a good exercise form. Even the easy workout when done in perfect form can be very hard.

Few weeks ago I shared with you what my daily nutrition is like for the summer. But obviously I don’t eat exactly the same every single day. The days that I workout I eat just a bit more and a little different than on the days that I don’t. You already know that I don’t count my calories, I only listen to my body and sometimes if I feel like eating 4 bananas at once I just do.

Hello my Darlings,

Yesterday I made another one of your recipes, this one was a healthy pancake recipe from Evaleen. Thank you Evaleen they were absolutely splendid!!! The recipe was very easy to make and the ingredients were very simple. I changed the recipe just a bit because I didn’t have a few of the items but I will post the original recipe that Evaleen gave me as well as the one I used.
