Hello my Sweeties,

Today I have a monster Upper Body Workout Challenge! Get ready, because this one is going to be tough mentally even more than physically, all though physically it’s just as hard! This was a total out of the blue inspiration for me, I wanted to do something hard and something that I don’t do often. There is 4 exercises total, 1 of them is a combo and I timed each exercise separately. I always recommend you guys to do the same, that way you’ll be able to tell which exercises are your strength and which is your weaknesses.

Today I have another written Talkchology for you guys, this Talkchology is going to be about the number 1 thing that so many of us can lack at times in achieving results, not only in our fitness training but in other aspects of life. I’m talking about Focus Of Thought. This is something not a lot of trainers focus on, mainly it’s all about physical, eat this, don’t eat that, if your not getting results it’s because you’re not training right, or not eating right and blah blah blah. Yes, all of that is true, to a degree, but the most important part of our life is our focus and where we direct it.

Hello my Lovie-Dovies!!!

I’m super duper exited about today’s workout! Because today we have a guest who bravely performed one of my workouts. His name is Renato, he works with my husband Miguel at Cirque Du Soleil show La Nouba, he also does flying trapeze. I wanted to really challenge him so I made up a really intense Full Body Workout, plus it’s been a while since I’ve done a full body workout video. I was coaching Renato throughout the video and I really enjoyed this kind of format. I definitely have to say he did a great job especially for it being his first Loving Fit workout and his first time filming a workout video.

I want to wish you a wonderful beginning of the week and send you lot’s of positive energy and love! Today I had a whole different post planned out, but all of a sudden I got an idea to make a post about foods that I include daily in my regimen, these foods are my staple and I never ever skip on them, if I do it happens very rare. If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I am not a fan of counting calories or counting every drop that falls into my mouth. I just love to eat healthy foods in the amounts that my body craves, I listen to my body at all times and if I feel like I’m craving something I just eat it.
