Hello my Sweeties,

I’m having a beautiful day and I hope all of you are as well! I posted my last week’s Food Diary Wednesday on my Facebook cause I didn’t have time to write a post. Some of you guys always tell me that I eat so little, but trust me I make up for it on the weekends. You see during the week I like to eat extremely healthy because I train, so when I train I don’t have as much of an appetite for anything else then extremely healthy food. Hello my Lovies,

I have an amazing recipe for Anti Aging Massage bars that you can also use as a body butter. There are 100% natural bars, they are very easy to make and only take few ingredients. These are very luxurious and smell divine, I love how they melt into my skin when I apply then and my skin feels super soft. You can play around with this recipe, you can also add essential oils of the smell of your choice, but I didn’t add any cause they smell amazing by them selves. I used specific oils for their anti-aging benefits. I made 6 bars, each bar usually lasts me 3-4 times of application.

Real Time Love Abs Workout

Hello my Lovies,

Today I have for you a Real Time Abs Workout! I also added a metabolic movement to the workout, so you can add this routine instead of your usual cardio, so you will be doing Abs and Cardio at the same time. This workout is about 15-16 minutes long and I really loved the pace of it. You can either follow me in the video in real time, or you can just watch the first potion of the video where I go over the proper form and beginners variation.
