A Thought For Today And My Fav...

Today after a really nice meditation I had the most incredible meal. I use to eat things like that when I was little all the time. As I was eating it, it made me think a lot about my childhood.
Some of the most incredible memories I had, was when I went to the village with my cousin ( It was her grandmother’s village ). I grew up in Moscow ( a huge city ), but for some reason I really love the small village life. The nature there is incredible, the people are very nice and the food in absolutely delicious.

Herniated Disc Tips And How I ...

About a year and a half ago I severely injured my back. It was the most intense physical pain I ever had to deal with in my life. The weird thing about it was that I could walk ( through some pain ), but I couldn’t sit or lie down without pain going from my back all the way down my leg.
What I had was a herniated disc in my lower back, which I was told will require surgery to fix.

Abs Ripper Push-Up Variation E...

The other day I was experimenting with different push-up variations and I came up with this move. After doing 3 sets of 8 with breaks in between, I saw stars in my eyes ( I can do about 30 regular push-up’s in a row ). Not only that, but the next day my Abs were incredibly sore ( my abs rarely get sore ).

Turning Bridge Exercise

I came up with this cool exercise the other day, which I totally enjoyed adding to my workout. I always spend a few hours in my workout studio trying to come up with ways of twisting and turning my body to create more muscle confusion.
This exercise was the toughest on my abs, triceps, glutes and overall balance. But after practicing it for a while, I got a hang of it.
At the bottom of the post, I am also including a picture alternative for beginners.

A Day Of Detox

When I feel like I need to recharge my batteries, I know it’s time to have a nature visit. For me it is the best way to release stress and make my mind whole again. I decided to make it a ritual every Sunday to either go to the beach or the forest. Nature is the best detox, even meditation is different when you are surrounded by fresh air.

Twisted Pistol Kick Exercise

Twisted Pistol Kick Exercise focuses on your glutes, quadriceps, but most importantly your abs. Make sure you are always paying attention to your form.
