Hello My Lovies,

I’ve discovered the most amazing healthiest popcorn ever!!! Every time I go to a health food store I find more and more foods that I need to try, I am thinking about collecting all kind of new foods that I’ve recently discovered and share it with you on here on the blog. Another thing that I’ve discovered is the most amazing super duper natural organic and chemical free face and body cream, I wanted to share it with you in this post but then I’ve decided this amazing cream deserves it’s own post ( which is under 10 dollars by the way and I found it in my local store and the ingredients were the best I’ve ever seen in a cream ).

Healthy Coconut Muffins Recipe

Hello My Lovies,

I have a super tasty recipe for you guys, I was inspired to make these by my recent visit to a delicious vegetarian restaurant, except theirs had a lot less coconut and a lot more sugar in it, probably a bucket of sugar cause they were a bit too sweet for my taste. I made these from scratch, as usual all of my recipes have only a few ingredients and these muffins took about 1 our of baking.

I always use coconut oil instead of butter on top of my muffins or toast, but you can use what ever you like.

Hello my Sweets :),

Who was naughty for the holidays?  I was :) and I hope you guys were as well.  OMG I was as naughty as it gets on Christmas Eve and on the actual Christmas day I went on a junk food rampage.  To be honest I feel pretty good about it, we all need to relax for the holidays and drop it like it’s hot.  We work so hard during the year and we eat so clean that it would be a sin if we didn’t stuff our faces when the holidays came around.  I ate so much in the last 3 days that today I took it easy because I still felt full from the previous day.

Fasted State Fat Burn Workout

Hello My Lovies,

Happy Holidays!!! I have an awesome bodyweight only workout for you that you can do the morning after Christmas dinner. This workout is lower body focused, and I did it in a fasted state. I love to do these types of workouts the morning after I have a holiday dinner or any huge dinner that is :P ( oink oink ). As you know, fasted state workouts help us burn fat like crazy, but just the HIIT workout alone is not enough, to finish off your fat burn you always have to do light cardio after.

Hi Loves,

I am back with another Food Diary Wednesday. A lot of you guys have been telling me that I don’t eat enough, that is so funny cause my Russian readers and subscribers told me I’m a piggy and eat too much LOL. I definitely have my days where I eat more than I should, then I have other days when. I’m also gonna share with you not this weekend cause it’s Christmas, but next weekend which is my regular weekend, what I eat on weekends. That will give you an idea of how I spread my food during the week. For the most part as you know I dont’ count my food, I just listen to my body.
