Hello my Sweeties,

I’m having a beautiful day and I hope all of you are as well! I posted my last week’s Food Diary Wednesday on my Facebook cause I didn’t have time to write a post. Some of you guys always tell me that I eat so little, but trust me I make up for it on the weekends. You see during the week I like to eat extremely healthy because I train, so when I train I don’t have as much of an appetite for anything else then extremely healthy food. This is already 16th Food Diary Wednesday and after looking through my Food Diary I realized that I eat same things most of the time, I’m quite the boring eater, that immediately gave a rise to an opposite and inspired me to go on the search of different healthy foods that I probably never heard of before.

Simple Vegetarian Recipe

Hello my Sweeties,

Like I promised you yesterday, I have a very simple and easy to make vegetarian recipe for you guys. You can either have it as is, or you can add any kind of protein you like to it, such as chicken ( this is what I do sometimes ). I came up with this recipe by a complete accident, I had almost no food in the fridge because I had not time to go groceries shopping, so I had to work with what I found, which was only 4 ingredients. If you are a vegetarian, this is a perfect meal, because I’ve combined Long Grain Jasmine Brown Rice and Red Lentils, which makes a complete protein.

Guess what I got for you? Yep, it’s Food Diary Wednesday #15. As you know I have been eating lot’s of veggies every single meal I eat, and I hope that you guys have been eating your veggies as well. Let me just tell you, my energy level is amazing, even if I don’t sleep enough, I eat so many green leafy veggies that I still have plenty of energy.
