Years ago someone talked me into having a food diary , I am not sure if I saw it on the internet or a Tv or a girlfriend recommended it to me. A little while ago I saw this eye opening documentary, I actually saw 2 eye opening documentaries. Which inspired me to take care of my nutrition even further. It really made me think about the condition of nutritional education, the lack of it all over the world. It’s not only in America anymore that people are less and less aware of what they are eating. It’s spreading around the world.

Here is another recipe from Russia – stuffed pepper. I love it for a few different reasons – it’s super easy to make, it’s very healthy ( has great ratio of fat, protein and carbohydrates ), it’s delicious, and most importantly you can make one or two at a time, throughout the week.
