Hi Loves,

I am back with another Food Diary Wednesday. A lot of you guys have been telling me that I don’t eat enough, that is so funny cause my Russian readers and subscribers told me I’m a piggy and eat too much LOL. I definitely have my days where I eat more than I should, then I have other days when. I’m also gonna share with you not this weekend cause it’s Christmas, but next weekend which is my regular weekend, what I eat on weekends. That will give you an idea of how I spread my food during the week. For the most part as you know I dont’ count my food, I just listen to my body.

Just as promised I got an amazing Bodyweight Only Leg Slimming Workout. Just a little warning, this is gonna look easy :), but I would love to see your face once you’re done with it. This routine is only 24 minutes long, but if you count the little break you will get between each part, then it’s gonna be a little longer.

Mind In Solitude Workout

I put together this workout based on the principle of bodyweight muscle building technique workout I shared with you on my Facebook, this is the article that I am talking about. I did shorten the time a bit and instead of 10 minutes I did 7 per exercise, but if you feel more brave you can extend the interval to 10 minutes.
