Greetings my Lovies!

The other day I posted on my personal facebook that I wanted to lose some weight to lean out. Just so nobody gets any ideas, I have to say upfront – I DO NOT BY ANY MEANS THINK THAT I AM OVERWEIGHT, I just want to lean out and fit into my old jeans. Usually if I can’t fit into my old jeans it’s time to tighten things up a bit. This year I’ve been giving my self A LOT OF SLACK, way more than I normally do and it did catch up to me because I own 12 pair of jeans that I can’t fit into, yep.

Homemade Salad Dressing Recipe...

Greetings my Lovies!

Today I have this very quick, easy to make, healthy and delicious salad dressing recipe. I personally stopped buying salad dressing from the store because even the healthiest kind has some kind of ingredient that I don’t like, like soybean oil ( now days most products have soybean oil in them ), or some kind of preservative, pretty much I’m done with store sold salad dressing. That’s why I have to be creative and come up with something of my own. But, since I’m also not Martha Stewart and I don’t like complicated recipes with many ingredients, my recipes always have to be super fast and easy to make with ingredients that most people will have laying around the house.

I switch things up at all times because some of you prefer edited workouts ( most of you ) and some of you like real time, so I try to please everyone and I also like to switch things up my self. Hello my Lovsies,

How are you guys? Are you ready to attack your abs with this new routine? I hope so, because it’s in real time together with me! This routine is a little under 10 minutes long, but it was a serious muscle burn, especially if you do it without taking any breaks. There is 2 parts to this workout, you can take about 20-30 sec break in between those two parts, I literally just took a sip of water in between.
