I’ve been contemplating to write on this topic for quite some time now. There are a lot of mixed opinions out there about this topic, – eating healthy all the time without taking a break. Some people believe that it is NOT OK to give your self a break and give into some not so healthy food choices, because it can create further cravings and mess up their goals. I would like to share some of my own opinions and experiences with always eating healthy without taking a break.

Check That Booty Workout

Today I did a routine that focused on booty, thighs, legs, core and just a little bit of upper body :). Today was one of those days where I really had to push my self, it was one of those I don’t feel like working out days, but after I was done I felt great and I was glad I finished my training. This routine was about 23 minutes long, so I also did 7 minutes of moderate skipping to finish at my magic 30 min mark.

Lean Body All Over Workout

Today’s workout routine was a butt kicker. It was a circuit training with 10 exercises and 2 rounds. In the beginning I wanted to go a little bit crazier and do 3 rounds, but after the second round I was so drained that I knew if I kept pushing, I would sacrifice my form. So I stopped at 2, if you are brave then you can do 3, I would like to see that ;).

Total Fat Loss Mania Workout

Today’s workout was very short only 17 minutes ( so don’t forget to get some extra cardio burn right after this routine, to make it to the magic 30 minutes number ). This workout completely killed my legs, they were on fire after I was done. The intervals were short but the exercises were challenging, so don’t take any breaks during the maximum effort interval. For high intensity interval trainings to bring results you have to feel extreme burn during the training.

The workout I did today was a circuit training done for time. I took all of your requests for consideration and created one great routine! This workout is for abs, upper body, butt, legs and a great overall resistance training. The only thing I was using for this routine is a mat and my 8 lb medicine ball an of course my Gymboss Max.
