Today’s workout routine was focused on the upper body and cardio and it was a follow up to yesterday’s ” Hard Body Skater Workout “. I did this routine in a circuit manner to not overload my nervous system, because tomorrow I have a great HIIT resistance workout coming up ;). It’s not very healthy to do high intensity interval training two days in a row.

Hard Body Skater Workout

Today I wanted to switch it up bit and make things a bit more simple but intense as always. Today’s workout was focused on legs and butt in the first part, and abs in the second part. This was one of those workouts that I call ” Sneak up on you workouts “, because in the beginning you get fooled into thinking that this looks easy, but as you are going through 4th, 5th, 6th round and further, you are like Ohh Ohh, it’s burning my behind!!!

10 Min Cardio HIIT UNCUT

Hi everyone,

Thank you for all of your votes on my Facebook :). This is a HIIT cardio routine uncut just as you guys have requested. This 10 minute cardio was a killer!

This routine is perfect to start your day, you can do this when you don’t have a lot of time but you still want to do something. If you are trying to loose weight then I recommend you do this before your breakfast, or 3 hours after you had any type of carbohydrates. This way your body will use fat as fuel instead of carbs fuel in your muscles. You can also do this routine after any strength training workout.

Hot Torture Workout

Hi everyone,

Today’s workout was a follow up to Tuesday’s BootyWorks And More Workout, that means today we were focusing on the upper body. This routine was about 20 minutes long and it was done in an interval training style. The intervals were a bit shorter than usual, but the exercises were definitely hard. This workout was a total torture for me, in many different ways.

Healthy, Quick And Easy Pea So...

The first time I tried the recipe for this soup, I got so addicted to it that I started to make it every day and sometimes several times a day. I now buy frozen peas in bulk at the whole sale store just so I can make my favorite soup. I do that with everything I love, if you like something why not eat it every day right. I love this recipe because it only requires 5 minutes of your time, few ingredients, it’s healthy and delicious. My husband has been making fun of me when I make this soup cause he is not a big lover of healthy eating, only on occasions.

Bootyworks And More Workout

Today’s workout routine was focused on the lower body and the booty :). All I was using for this workout was my timer, a pair of dumbbells and a chair. I finally got my new workout toy in the mail today, but will soon share what it is, but first i need to learn how to handle it my self LOL. After I finished this routine, I also did Abs Climber routine, that I shared last week and 10 minutes of regular jump rope skipping.
