Hello my Lovies,


Happy Monday to you! It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded an Ab routine, so today I have a new one for you guys. As with all my routines, this one will look simple, but it’s not! If you are doing this workout with proper form and very little rest, this will be extremely difficult workout overall.

If you are new to Loving Fit I recommend to check out ” Creating Your Workout Plan ” post. There you will be able to see how I put together my routines, and you can find something for your own fitness level. My philosophy is: Form is always more important than speed, so WATCH YOUR FORM!

Things to remember before, during and after your workout

  1. Warm-Up
  2. Always Practice Good Form
  3. Stretch

 

 

Workout Explanation

 

For this routine you will need your timer, jump rope, kettlebell and a pair of furniture sliders. There are 5 exercises, one of them is metabolic. I always add a metabolic movement to all of my routines for the Abs.

I’ve included beginners version of the workout into the video, so make sure to not freak out if you are a beginner.

DO NOT TAKE ANY BREAKS WITHIN 1 EXERCISE, and preferably not in the whole round, because that will defeat the purpose. Unless you are really struggling and you need to rest few second, but only if really needed.

 

Complete 3 Rounds Of The Following:

  • 3 Steppers & Body Twist ( this whole combo counts as 1 rep ) – 20 reps
  • Sitting Steppers – 50 reps ( each 2 steps counts as 1 rep )
  • Split Leg & Butt Lift – 20 reps
  • Twisting Sliders on a Kettlebell
  • 1 Minute 20/20 Jump Rope ( 20 reps super fast high knees, 20 reps medium )
