Real Time Workouts

 

Hello My Loves,

New Real Time Cardio Workout is here for your enjoyment! I say that because it is a very fun workout, I really enjoy moves that I showed you in this routine. I always like to do my cardio with not so standard exercises. In this routine I was struggling a bit because I was very sore from my previous workout, every muscle in my body was aching. This routine was only 15 minutes long.

As you can see in the video I wasn’t rushing, I was just trying to flow throughout, I really like this pace for my cardio routines.

Things to remember before, during and after your workout

  1. Warm-Up
  2. Always Practice Good Form
  3. Stretch

 

 

Workout Explanation

 

All I was using in this routine is my Gymboss Timer. There is 4 exercises total and you will go through all four of them for the total of 3 rounds. You can either follow me along in the video, or you can write down the moves and do them at your own pace.

Set your Gymboss Timer for 2 intervals. First interval is 1 minute long, second interval is 1:30 long, for the total of 6 rounds. You will go through all 4 exercises three times total. This is how each round will look:

 

  • Side Step & Knee Up and 2 Diagonal Jump Lunges Combo – 1 minute interval
  • Acro Equi Flow Combo – 1:30 interval
  • 3 Mountain Climbers, Drop Down & Push-Off – 1 minute interval
  • 6 Jump Crab Kicks & 6 Turning Bridge Exercise Combo – 1:30 Interval
