I have a really good and healthy recipe for you, it’s super easy ( as always ) to make and only has a few ingredients. This would be a perfect gourmet salad on the go. I didn’t add any meat on it but if you like you can add lean chicken breast. But even without it, it has plenty of protein as well as good fat.

Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to make a small post and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. In Russia we don’t celebrate Christmas on the 25th because our Christmas is on January 7th.

I think this is the first time where I am actually enjoying the holiday times, all the music and good mood that is going around. But for me it’s also the time which is close to New Year, and New Year is the most important holiday that we celebrate in Russia – makes me miss home a lot. Florida is definitely not very Christmasy like because we don’t’ have snow or cold in that matter.

Protein Energy Cookies Recipe

It seems that no matter where I go ( unless it’s a health food store ), I can’t find great energy bars that have no preservatives and have a lot of protein. So far my favorite health bars are Larabars ( they are preservative free but they don’t as much protein as I like ), and I also love Clif Kid bars ( these give you great energy, but they are loaded with sugar and also don’t have much protein ). So I decided to make my own, this way I know all of the ingredients are good for me, they are preservative free, have no added sugar and are loaded with protein, not to mention taste great.

Love On Top Workout

Today’s workout was an upper body routine and it was a follow up to yesterday’s ” It Girl Booty Workout “. I really had to pull it together today, because half way though the workout I just wanted to complain and quit, but then all I kept thinking about was how hot I want to look and greet the New Year’s day, and that kept me going through the full routine. It Girl Booty Workout

Today’s workout was focused on the lower body such as booty, legs and some abs ;). I did this workout last week but we didn’t have time to record it and I really enjoyed this routine. It was a combination of interval training and time challenges. After completing this workout I felt amazing, I just love the feeling right after a great training!
