Hello my Sweet Lovies,

Happy Friday! I have a new Real Time Cardio workout for you guys so don’t be skipping your cardio! This one is only 14 minutes long and bodyweight only. Today is also my day 4 of the 10 Day Abs & Core Challenge, on top of that I’ve started another round Push-Up challenge because I’ve enjoyed it so much last time. But this time, instead of 200 I’m doing 300 :), but I did take 3 complete day’s off from the upper body prior to starting it all over again.

Wishing you a beautiful beginning of the week! Today I have another beauty recipe for you guys. As you know, most products today contain some kind of chemicals and if you buy organic chemical free products those can be very expensive, especially if you like your products luxurious like I do. So, my solution is making mine at home. I’ve been making my own scrub bars and body butter bars at home for many months now and my recipes are getting better and better.

Hello My Lovies,

I’m having a lot of fun with the 10 Day Push-up Challenge, I’ve gained an insane amount of strength during this challenge. Now, I decided that I’m going to be always adding some kind of challenge additionally to all of my workouts. This will help us take our fitness level several steps higher. Now, I have an Abs & Core challenge for you guys, it will also last 10 days. I’m going to start this challenge on Monday, you guys can fit it into your schedule when it’s more comfortable for you.

May this week bring you beautiful days, nights and lot’s of happiness! Today I wanted to share with you guys my latest staple Post Workout Meal. I’ve been eating this post workout meal daily after each of my workouts for about 3 weeks now, I absolutely love how it feels me up and keeps me full after for hours. I finally found a recipe of boiled oats that I love and enjoy very much, before I mostly ate baked oats because boiled oats just didn’t taste good to me and I never made them this way.
