Healthy Breakfast


They key to a great health for life is a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should be the biggest meal of your day as well, also depending on your planned activity. Always construct your meals based on the activity you are planning to do in the next 2 hours. This breakfast I made as you can see doesn’t have too many carbohydrates because I was planning on not doing too much activity.

Healthy Breakfast Recipe


1. Cooked Shrimp ( Great Protein Source )

2. Two Eggs ( Another Great Protein Source )

3. Half of Green Pepper

4. A table spoon of Lemon Infused Olive Oil ( Good Fat )

5. Coconut Flower & Flax Protein Bread ( my recipe )

Before I start making my breakfast, I always heat up my bread in the oven. So when my eggs are ready my bread is ready as well.

Heat up a frying pan, add the olive oil, cut green pepper into squares, place into the pan, mix inn with the shrimp.

Don’t cook it too much, because you want the pepper to still have nutrients, it should be still crunchy. So you will cook the shrimp and pepper for about 30 seconds to a minute.
Add the eggs and also salt it to your own liking.

This breakfast recipe is a bit more on protein side, but it still gas good carbohydrates. Like I said earlier, you want to plan your meal depending on the activity level you will be doing in the next 2 hours.
