Nerves & Frustration And How To Deal

Stress

My recipe for dealing with anger and frustration: set the kitchen timer for twenty minutes, cry, rant, and rave, and at the sound of the bell, simmer down and go about business as usual.
Phyllis Diller

What a great quote! I should totally start my day out with that quote.  This gives out a quite simple solution on what to do when you feel like everything is spinning.

As I seem to go about my daily thoughts for creating and building my blog,  all I see is bumpers. A whole bunch of people and professionals who are just being way too forward.  When did people stopped believing? I don’t mind a little realism but come on!  Why does everything has to be so hard?  All I have been reading all day long on all kinds of different websites about blogging, and how hard it is. Whine, whine, whine!  Discouragement coming from everywhere,  so many people are blogging about how hard it is to blog.  I’m not saying that everything in life should be easy, but what happened to focusing on the positive aspects?  What happened to the law of attraction?

Nothing happened, it is all still there.  After reading whole bunch of things on the negative aspects of blogging,  all I go t was frustrated. It is taking me out for a loop,  that is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.  But, I am not here to give up on anything!  I don’t care to read about any more negative aspects or associate with them in anyway.

Getting back to the positive note :), right now ( as soon as I finish this post ) I am headed to the kitchen,  to set up the timer for 20 min and freak out!  And when I’m done,  I will get back to my computer,  get back to my reading and get back to my writing and creating like nothing happened.

At a point when everything seems not to go as pretty in pink, critical thinking is what comes inn to save the day!  Don’t ever let anyone, or anything to get in your way. If you feel like building a castle, do it!  Even if everyone around is telling you that you are crazy and nobody lives in castles anymore!

In life we have to create our own rules and our own journey,  because if we follow in other people’s steps, we are doing nothing more then they are.  We have to create our world!
