How To Lift and Firm Your Face Naturally with Microcurrent

Microcurrent

Today I would love to share with you something that I discovered several months ago and now it has become a staple in my daily anti-aging beauty routine. This has been a long time secret of celebrities and it is also been called a lunch time face lift, because you literally see your face lift.

If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I’m all about natural approach pretty much to everything, especially when it comes to anti-aging. I am definitely not the person to inject things into my face to keep looking young, because to me that is quite drastic and weird, not that I’m opposed to people who do choice this route, it’s just not for me.

In this video, I would love to share with you one of the most amazing anti aging discoveries I found, and it’s called Myolift 7e True Microcurrent Device .

What is a Microcurrent?

Microcurrent is a low electrical current that runs through the probes/wands into the muscles and matches your body’s own electrical current while lifting and reeducating the muscles, helping them to produce more ATP and Collagen within the cells. Microcurrent is a facial stimulation, it’s pretty much exercise for your face. For a long time this kind of procedure was only available at spa salons and dermatologists offices but it is costly and can run you over 100$ per session, 12 sessions needed to start with and then more session to maintain the results. Myolift is a portable at home device and to my opinion the best anti-aging investment you can make. There are other portable microcurrent devices available on the market today, but after all the research I’ve done, it was pretty clear that nothing comes close to Myolift, because it has a feel of a professional devise which they use at spa salons.

What I personally found is that other at home microcurrent devices which look super easy to use simply don’t work the same, because they defy the purpose the whole of microcurrent. I really educated my self prior to making a decision on my Myolift True Microcurrent Device. The reason it’s called a True Microcurrent is because you cannot actually feel the current, you are not supposed to because it is a ver low electrical current. The way you know it works, your face will feel more tight the next day, or even right away. In some parts of your face you will even see an immediate results. I’ve noticed it in my forehead the first time I’ve used it.

One thing I would like to mention is that Myolift takes some practice to use, but once you get a hang of it, it becomes a natural process and is much faster than in the beginning.

A few of my personal tips on using Myolift:

  • Make sure you are drinking plenty of water prior to doing Microcurrent. You always need to be very well hydrated to get the best results, water serves as a conductor. Electricity runs better through your body if you are hydrated, so water is an absolute must.
  • You start off doing a full session on your face 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes a day. It will require your dedication if you want great results. The same as when you workout your body, the more consistent you are the better the results.
  • If you don’t have time every day, no problem, you can only work certain sessions of your face one day, then the next day you can work a different part of your face or your neck. If you can only do 10 minutes, or 5 minutes, that is OK, as long as you are consistent.
  • When your conductive gel dries up, no need to reapply the gel, just spray your face with water.
  • Before sliding one probe/wand toward another, keep them on the skin for 20 seconds or longer, especially in your problem areas, this will produce a great amount of ATP in your muscles.
  • Here is the BASIC INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO, but with time you will learn to do it more intuitively and can even develop your own technique. I recommend watching several videos about microcurrent on YouTube, that’s what I did to teach my self to do it correctly and with great results.
  • Here is a video with TIPS & TRICKS from an esthetician on using Myolift.
  • Here is a great video of the same esthetician on Quick Tips out of the Shower using Myolift
  • Do your own research, that is what I did and I always advice others to do the same.

Enjoy the video,

Love,

Tati

Thanks Tatiana – this sounds awesome! On a side note – I’m wondering if you ever do consulting about workouts/nutrition… I’ve been doing your awesome workouts for a year and a half, and I’m still stuck at 3 pull ups and 16 push ups – sometimes if I’m feeling really good, I can do 5 pull ups in a row, but that’s rare. I’m just starting to see changes in my legs, but there’s gotta be something I’m doing wrong because it seems progress is so slow… Thanks again for all you do, be, and share!
