breakfast for weight loss

Hello my Lovies,

It’s been forever since I’ve done a post about Nutrition, and finally it has arrived! In this video I will share with you a “ Breakfast Tip “ that will help you with weight loss ( if that is your goal ) and will also help you to give a healthy glow to your skin. A little while ago I told you guys on my Facebook page that I’ve discovered an amazing grain, and this little secret of mine is Black Forbidden Rice ( not to be confused with Wild Rice ).

Before I share with you my information, wether it’s workout routines, beauty recipes or nutritional advice, I always do research and give things a test drive.
But, with everything in general, my best advice to you is to always do your own research, no matter what. I want you guys to learn how to take advice, but also use your critical thinking and find things out for your self.

A little bit about Black Forbidden Rice

  • Forbidden black rice is a rich source of antioxidants, because it contains anthocyanins, purple and dark red pigments. Its dark purple color is associated with anthocyanins which is present in this rice. They pigments are responsible for the color of the products such as blueberries, pomegranates, red grapes, acai berry, blackberry and so on. Flavonoids is the anthocyanins which act as antioxidants which protect the cell from oxidative damage.
  • ABOUT 1/3 cup forbidden rice has 200 calories, 2 grams of fat, 43 grams of carbohydrates and 6 grams of protein. It also contains 3 grams of fiber. This makes the forbidden rice a good product for weight loss, because fiber-rich foods make you feel full much longer, because fiber helps to maintain blood sugar levels throughout the day.
  • Forbidden Black RICE also contains Vitamin E. An important vitamin that strengthens the immune system and protects cells from free radical damage. Vitamin E protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation, skin cancer and premature aging.
  • Forbidden rice is a rich source of manganese. This mineral is part of various enzymes working throughout the body. Foods high in manganese helps the body synthesize cholesterol and fats, helps to regulate the health of nerves and healthy thyroid function.
  • A spoon black rice contains more antioxidants than found in a spoonful of blueberries, but with less sugar and more fiber and vitamin E.
  • Another great thing about black rice is that it doesn’t contain gluten, cholesterol, or sodium, and contains very low levels of sugar.

ANDI List

I also want to share with you guys, a list of Top 10 Green and Non Green highest scored vegetables on ANDI list. ANDI in English stands for “Aggregate Nutrient Density Index. IT IS A Scoring system, which assesses products on a scale from 1 to 1000, based on the nutrient content AND DENSITY. ANDI points are calculated by assessing a wide range of minerals, vitamins, phytochemicals and antioxidant capacities .
