I come baring another amazing food – Bee Pollen.  Is one of the most nutritious foods in the world. It has been called “Food of the Gods”, not only for it’s properties of treating disease but for incredible nourishment value.  Bee Pollen is a Super Food.  Chinese medicine has been using bee pollen for centuries to treat illnesses and diseases.

Pollen contains over 5,000 enzymes and co-enzymes, far more than is naturally present in any other food. It has more protein than any other animal source, a concentrated source of the Vitamin B complex, as well as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E.
Bee pollen contains all the nutrients needed to sustain life.   It corrects the deficient or unbalanced nutrition of our modern day civilization. We are consuming incomplete foods, often with added chemical ingredients, which expose us to physiological problems. Our modern diet deficiency is to blame for raise of illnesses and disease. We lack nutrient dense foods :(, that is why we start to loose our energy level in our early ears.

Bee Pollen is a great natural energizer for the body, a lot of athletes consume bee pollen for it’s endurance and energy benefits.
It has an effect on weight loss, by stabilizing chemical imbalances that people with weight problems tend to have.  It speeds up your metabolism, dissolves and flushes out fat toxins, and helps to reduce your cravings for processed food.

Science had proved that bee pollen contains many substances such as dense antioxidants combined to make it a healthy, nutritious and complete food.
