Hello my Lovies,

Happy beginning of the week!  Today is Tuesday but since I didn’t do a post yesterday I wanted to wish you a beautiful week today :).  I needed to switch things up a bit, that’s why I didn’t do my regular Monday post, I like things to always be different and when I notice my self fall into a routine I get very bored, I’ve never been a fan of routines.  Today I wanted to share a super delicious and most importantly guilt free recipe.  This is very simple recipe to make, only requires few ingredients and it’s raw so it’s full of nutrients.

I LOVE CHOCOLATE and I realized that I refuse, seriously refuse to live without it, but I also don’t want to be a vibrational match to processed sugar and junk food of any kind.  Junk food is not only bad for your body, but it affects your mind and spirit as well.  Because junk food effects your molecular structure therefore it lowers your vibrational frequency ( thats why there is a saying: You are what you eat ).  If our vibrational frequency is lowered we begin to attract similar things ( of lower frequency ) into our life, the moral of the story is – replace all of your junk food with healthy alternative.

Ingredients ( this will make quite a bit, will last you over a month )

  • Organic Cranberries – 6 oz package
  • Organic Cashews – 6 oz package
  • Organic Almonds – 6 oz package
  • Raw Cacao Powder – 4.5 tablespoons
  • Raw Organic Coconut Butter – 16 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper – ( I used 1 tablespoon )
  • Sea Salt – to taste

You can also play around with the ingredients, you can use dried apricots or raisins, you can also use different nuts. You can also add raw honey or agave nectar to make this recipe much sweeter, but I personally don’t like sweet chocolate.

Mix Coconut Butter, Raw Cacao, Cayenne Pepper and some Sea Salt until you get a smooth, chocolaty mixture 🙂

Drop your cranberries and all of the nuts into it and mix well until all of them are covered.

Split everything into 2 plates and distribute evenly.  Top it with a little more sea salt and cayenne pepper, it tastes so delicious this way 🙂

Now place it into the freezer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes had passed, take it out and cut it so it looks like clusters.  You can enjoy this kind of treat daily and feel absolutely guilt free!

I love you! Thank you for this!

Looks so yumly!! Bet it’d be great with some cocoa nibs mixed in too, for even more texture variety. 🙂

I’d also love to use some dried cherries in this, but I can never find any without added sugar. :/

Made them today, but sweeter with raw honey and vanilla instead of the spices. Used raw pecans/macadamias/almonds and cherry-infused cranberries– was a lovely mix! 😀

I think I will stop buying chocolate and just make it myself 🙂 Thanks for the recipe and making it look so easy to make!

  • Yummmmmmmm!!! 🙂 This is going to be my first paleo non-meat treat that I’m going to try to make. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get coconut butter for a reasonable price (since my chocolate consumption (when it comes to it) is unreasonable anyway 😉 ) but I think it’s worth a try.

I couldn’t agree with you more about that frequency that junk food radiates – recently I discovered Gregg Braden and I have to tell you – THIS STUFF BLEW MY MIND! I am SO thankful for you being so spiritual and for all people I met and am going to meet, because my life is turning upside down and I LOVE IT! :))

Keep on being that person you already created, it works really well for this community and wider. 🙂

mniammmm :))) I will try this for sure 😀

Omnomnom! :3 I’m making this on Saturday. I like to keep at least one clean-eats treat in the house for me to nibble on throughout the week. Thanks for the recipe!

I don’t have any coconut butter…do you think this would work with coconut oil instead? 🙂

    • I was wondering the same thing… I think it will work but it may lack texture so I was planing to add Tahini instead (because I can not find good peanut butter where I live). That will make my chocolate a beat more salty so I think I’ll add a few chopped figs as well 🙂

      • Cassidy Croskey

Ooo, tahini and chocolate? I gotta try that. Maybe a mix of half coconut oil and half tahini will make it less salty, too. 😛 Thanks!

  • Mary Lou

I made it with ginger instead of cayenne and it is fantastic! Thank you!

My favorite chocolate ^_^ but I do not use peper, now I will use it too )
