Bipolar Disorder

Greetings my Lovies,

Today I have a Talkchology video for you guys. I will be talking about my personal story with Panic Attacks and how I cured my self from a bipolar disorder. This is something that I’ve struggled with since very early on in my life, and as I was told by my doctors because of how sever it was, I will have to take medication for the rest of my life.  Now, It’s been several years since I’ve taken medication, I’m happy, healthy and loving life.

First things first. What I’m about to share with you today is my personal experience. Since I am going to share my own personal story with you, I will do it the only way I know how, without trying to sensor my self in fear that someone might get offended. Keep an open mind, no matter what your beliefs are about this subject or any subject, because we can always learn from each others experiences.

There is one thing I’d like for you to do while you’re watching my video. If throughout the video some things that I’m sharing with you seem to invoke a strong emotion rise out of you, positive or negative, try to see it as a reflection of your own inner self so you can learn more about who you are on the inside. Because in the end, everything and everyone around you is only a one big reflection of the current you, it’s like looking at your self in the mirror.

Use the information that serves you and makes you feel good, throw away the rest. Only you know what is useful to you and what you resonate with. If something doesn’t resonate with you, it only means that your way is different, not wrong or right, just different. My intent with this video is only to help others through my experiences.

Love,

Tati
