Workout Routines

From now on I decided to start separating “Upper Body Routines” and “Lower Body Routines” into different pages.  If you go to Exercises and Workouts, then Workout Routines, you will see another window that says Upper Body Routines.  I will also add a Lower Body Routines page as well.

Upper Body & Abs – Burn It To The Ground Workout

Hi Everyone,

Today’s workout was focused on the upper body and abs :), and it was a follow up routine to ” Lower Body Circuit – Bangarang Workout “. This time I switched it up a bit again, in this workout I did 3 different combos 3 minutes each, between the combos I’ve done some abs ( not timed ) and at the end there was 4 minutes of high intensity interval training – Tabata Style :). It was fun and it went by super fast!

Lower Body Circuit Training – Bangarang Workout

Hi Everyone,

Today’s workout was again one round circuit focused on a lower body, and it was a follow up routine to ” See Your Muscles Work Workout”. This routine was resistance training all the way! I think I should of named it a sequel to ” I’m Alive Workout “, but then I at end I decided to give it it’s own name. I know a lot of you have been enjoying these one round routines, I’ve personally been loving them a lot. We are going to do this pace for a few more weeks ( don’t worry I will break it apart a little with some interval training ), and then I will switch it up again with something crazy fun and different.

See Your Muscles Work Workout

Hi Everyone,

Today’s workout was focused on the upper body and it is a follow up routine to ” I’m Alive Workout “. I’ve been really enjoying these one round and lot’s of repetition circuits, I also noticed it makes me push harder during my training. Another thing I noticed I finally started getting super sore again, I haven’t been this sore for a while.
