Sun Worshipper Workout

Hello my Darlings,

I am back with another fierce upper body & core workout routine and a mini bonus as well :). This routine is strength training and cardio at the same time, so you will not need to do any additional cardio. And this time I completed the mini bonus. In the last routine the ” Chic Chick Workout ” I realized that I messed up the amount of round for the mini bonus and you guys probably thought that I fell of my rocker. But thankfully I corrected that mistake and I hope nobody tried to complete that crazy amount.

Chic Chick Workout

Hello my darlings,

I am back with another lower body workout, after a much needed 4 days off. First things first, few days ago I did a chat with a Disavowed Rockers Group and I promised that in the next video I will do one leg squats on a medicine ball, and of course I kept my promise. You will see me do one legs squats on a medicine ball at the beginning of the video right before the workout :).

Rose Among Thorns Workout

Hello my darlings,

I am back with another upper body routine! We filmed the workout yesterday, and the day before was when I trained on the trapeze, so today I am so sore that my fingertips are in pain. We filmed outside but went inside to do the explanations because it started to rain like crazy. I so love working out in the nature, the only down part is how uneven the ground was in the place where we filmed and I felt paranoid about my form the whole time.

Smoke & Ashes Workout ...

Hello my darlings,

I am back with another groovy workout for the lower body! I hope you missed me and ready to work you butt off – literally! The name of this workout speaks for it self :).

In today’s routine I was using a cool new toy – furniture mover sliding things :). I’ve always knew about them but somehow they kept passing me by, thanks to Eli who mentioned them to me. Those things are so fun, you can get them at any department store for under 10 dollars :). I’ve been practicing all kinds of exercises with them but I am still working on my form in many of them.
