Hello My sweeties,

Happy Monday!  The picture above exactly describes how I feel about our little mingles :). Welcome to the 21st edition of Monday Mingle, a question answer game we play every Monday to get to know each other better.

I decided to add another little tradition for our Monday Mingle, now each Monday I will also be posting a motivational or inspirational quote or just some words to think about, or a tiny story to start our week with a good positive feeling. If any of you have a quote or a story to share you are also welcome to do that.

There is s purpose for everything. Look at your problems as lessons, then you will realize there is no good or bad situations, only lessons. These lessons come in patterns in our life, if you see a certain pattern or a feeling that keeps repeating it self, look deeper within and you will find it’s purpose.

What were you thankful for on the most on your Thanksgiving day?

I was thankful the most for the recent spiritual knowledge that I was given which had opened my eyes to so many magical things in this Universe that most people have no idea even exists.

 

What is your favorite ice-cream flavor?

I used to really not like ice-cream before, and still it’s not my first choice for dessert but If I really had to pick I would go with green tea or pistachio ice cream.

 

What was the first job you’ve ever had?

I was a Midway Operator in children’s games. It was in a Casino in Reno, NV and that area was specially for children where they played fun games and won plush toys. They also had free daily shows there that’s where I met Miguel 14 years ago.

 

What time do you usually go to bed?

I am a night owl so I go to bed at 4-6 am. The earliest I go to sleep is 3 am and that’s when I am extremely tired. I always feel like there is too much creative energy at night to be missing out on which is taken up during the day. I do not really believe in biorhythms because I have a very different understanding of time.

 

What is your favorite style of workouts?

I absolutely love Rep Time Challenges. I don’t like to be in a rush and I love to do my workouts with quality, while watching and perfecting my form. To me it’s like a form of meditation. Occasionally I do HIIT workouts but I don’t really like that feeling where I feel like I’m gonna puke or faint.

What a lot of people don’t know is that in order for HIIT to be effective it has to be done literally to this point where you feel you’re gonna throw up and you can’t breath, it has to be that intense, also your nervous system needs at least 2-3 days to recover from HIIT style training and you it’s not healthy to do more than 2 per week.
