Isometric Training – Sun...

Hi Everyone,

Today I have another fun lower body workout which includes isometric training in the first part of the routine. As you know if order for our body to keep progressing we have to switch the style of our training all the time, because our body adopts to training very fast if we don’t change it, we will hit plateau, that can be frustrating. Sky High Top Workout

Hi Everyone,

I have another wonderful upper body workout for you. This routine was just wonderful and I enjoyed every minute of it. On the difficulty level from 1-10 I would give it a solid 6.7, but for some of you it can be harder. At first I was going to post the full uncut workout, which took me a little over 25 minutes to do. But with the workout recap in 2 languages the video turned out to be 40 minutes, I think it was bad planning on my part. As I started exporting it I realized it was going to take 10 hours to export and then about 10 or more hours to upload it to YouTube, so I went back and edited it with the usual format.

Stellar Shape Workout

Hi everyone,

I’m back with another lower body workout!!! Last week I switched up my training a bit and I only did bodyweight workouts, so this week I was ready to get back to some heavier lifting. In order for us NOT to hit training plateau we absolutely need to switch the style of our workouts periodically. That will throw your body out for a loop and will help you keep progressing. ( Some food for training thought 😉 )

Light As Air Workout

Hello my beautiful friends 🙂

I have a new bodyweight only upper body routine for you today :). This routine is completely equipment free and just to let you know I will be doing more and more of these routines this way you can take a workout with you if you travel :). This workout was not very long but it was very fun. It was not the hardest workout I’ve ever done but you will get a great burn from it, because not every workout you do should be intensive. We need to use periodization, and that means we need to alternate between hight intensity training and low intensity training. This routine is actually right in the middle.

Bodyweight Only Workout

Today’s routine workout routine was focused on the lower body and it was a requested routine with no equipment and bodyweight only :). Don’t fear for your life, it’s gonna be tough but very doable :). This type of routine would be perfect if you are gonna travel and can’t bring along any equipment, and sometimes it’s just good to switch it up and not use any equipment.

I am back with another fun circuit training upper body routine, which is a follow up to ” Get Your Perfect Body Workout “. This routine was quite simple as far as the exercises go, but don’t be fooled by it’s simplicity it was a burner. I also have a cool new exercise for you to try :), I hope you are gonna love it as much as I did.
