Fit Allure Upper Body Workout

Hello my Lovies,

I’m happy to present you with another awesome Upper Body Workout! It’s only about 33 minutes long ( could be longer depending on how long of a break you will take between each part ). I’ve been really working on gaining more strength lately not only with pulling exercises but with different variations of push-ups. These style of workouts have made a huge difference for me within a month and a half. The funniest thing about this routine is, that unassisted pull-ups were actually the easiest exercise.

Amour For Tight Booty Workout

Hello my Lovies,

I finally have a new Lower Body Workout for you guys, this workout took me a little over 30 minutes to complete. But any of you guys can be faster than me, but as long as you are faster with good form. For those who is still not familiar in which order upload my routines, I wanted to remind you: From now on I will always record 1 week – Lower Body Workout, following week – Upper Body Workout, week after that – Real Time Cardio, and the following week after that either Real Time Cardio or Real Time Abs 🙂 – how is that?

Real Time Cardio #6

Hello My Loves,

New Real Time Cardio Workout is here for your enjoyment! I say that because it is a very fun workout, I really enjoy moves that I showed you in this routine. I always like to do my cardio with not so standard exercises. In this routine I was struggling a bit because I was very sore from my previous workout, every muscle in my body was aching. This routine was only 15 minutes long.

Real Time Cardio #5

Hello my Lovies,

New Real Time Cardio is here :), it was 15 minutes long. his routine was a bit more intense than an average moderate cardio and I did it in a fasted state. Yesterday was quite a hard day of filming, we ended up filming everything the workout, and explanations in both languages twice. The weather in FL is starting to get quite humid with the lighting that we are filming with it’s twice the temperature, so imagine going twice through everything!

Hello My Lovies,

I have a wonderful Upper Body Workout for you guys and it’s only 30 minutes long. Lately, I’ve been using my Pull-Up bar in every upper body workout, and I got to say, pulling exercises are incredible, I love, so don’t ever skip on pulling exercises in your upper body routines. There is actually much more things you can do with a pull-up bar than just regular pull-ups, I would say that it’s my most used equipment now.
