Happy beginning of the week! Today is Tuesday but since I didn’t do a post yesterday I wanted to wish you a beautiful week today :). Solid Booty 1 Month Challenge

Since so many request for a good Booty Challenge I’ve finally prepared one for you :). I’ve tested this challenge my self for 1 month already, because I always like to give things a test drive to make sure all of you guys are going to be getting results! This challenge will last 1 month, but if you like you can do it for longer ( I am ), you will just have to adjust your repetitions and weight. This challenge will help you to lift, tighten and firm your rear end, the only down side to this is that you might check your butt out in the mirror way too much that it might annoy people around you LOL.

A Video That Touched My Heart

I wanted to wish you guys a beautiful week and share a short video with you that I saw the other day, Miguel and I both watched it and we were both amazed after watching it, I cried because it really touched me. In this video a mom is trying to feed her 2-3 year old son, and on his plate is octopus, potatoes and rice. He asks his mom what is the food that she is giving him, after she replies to him what it is, he asks if the octopus isn’t real. What he says next will amaze you, so here is the actual video:

Real Time Cardio Intensity #9

Happy Friday! I have an amazing Real Time Strength Cardio for you guys today, it’s about 20 minutes long, or maybe a little under and it’s bodyweight only. This is not so moderate, I would call this routine more semi-intense and it’s a full body workout. You can follow me along in the video or you can write it down and do it on your own. This workout is broken down into 3 interval training parts, and after each part we will do two additional exercises. Make sure you guys always perform each exercise will good form and straight back, once you get the form down, you can begin working on your speed.

Since all of you guys enjoyed the last Abs & Core challenge with great results, I decided to make another one, but this one is only going to be 7 days. This challenge is going to revolve around one of my favorite as I call it ” Results giving ” exercises which I actually don’t like doing so much, but it’s extremely effective. The exercise I’m talking about is ” The L-Sit Hold “. We will be it daily in addition to a different exercise each day. The L-Sit Hold is actually a very popular exercises with gymnasts, because it helps them to really strengthen their Core muscles, which in turn helps them to manipulate their bodies in the way that they do.
