Real Time Cardio Intensity #9

Hello Lovie-Dovies,

Happy Friday! I have an amazing Real Time Strength Cardio for you guys today, it’s about 20 minutes long, or maybe a little under and it’s bodyweight only. This is not so moderate, I would call this routine more semi-intense and it’s a full body workout. You can follow me along in the video or you can write it down and do it on your own. This workout is broken down into 3 interval training parts, and after each part we will do two additional exercises. Make sure you guys always perform each exercise will good form and straight back, once you get the form down, you can begin working on your speed.

Today I have quite the amazing Lower Body routine for you guys. This workout will give you an amazing burn on your glutes and an amazing burn on your legs as well. I’ve been focusing on Glutes quite a bit in every single latest workout that I’ve been doing. Hello My Loves,

Since all of you guys enjoyed the last Abs & Core challenge with great results, I decided to make another one, but this one is only going to be 7 days. This challenge is going to revolve around one of my favorite as I call it ” Results giving ” exercises which I actually don’t like doing so much, but it’s extremely effective. The exercise I’m talking about is ” The L-Sit Hold “. We will be it daily in addition to a different exercise each day. The L-Sit Hold is actually a very popular exercises with gymnasts, because it helps them to really strengthen their Core muscles, which in turn helps them to manipulate their bodies in the way that they do.

Today I have a monster Upper Body Workout Challenge! Get ready, because this one is going to be tough mentally even more than physically, all though physically it’s just as hard! This was a total out of the blue inspiration for me, I wanted to do something hard and something that I don’t do often. There is 4 exercises total, 1 of them is a combo and I timed each exercise separately. I always recommend you guys to do the same, that way you’ll be able to tell which exercises are your strength and which is your weaknesses.

Today I have another written Talkchology for you guys, this Talkchology is going to be about the number 1 thing that so many of us can lack at times in achieving results, not only in our fitness training but in other aspects of life. I’m talking about Focus Of Thought. This is something not a lot of trainers focus on, mainly it’s all about physical, eat this, don’t eat that, if your not getting results it’s because you’re not training right, or not eating right and blah blah blah.
