Quick And Nutritious Snack Rec...

Jul 26, 2011 by

The other day when I was talking to my friend, she gave me this recipe. At first when she told me about it, I thought the combination seemed kind of strange, but today I tried it and thought it was so delicious. The best part is, it requires no cooking ( my favorite kind of recipe ;) ) and it only contains 4 ingredients. But the nutritional density of this snack is very high.

Some of the most incredible memories I had, was when I went to the village with my cousin ( It was her grandmother’s village ). I grew up in Moscow ( a huge city ), but for some reason I really love the small village life. The nature there is incredible, the people are very nice and the food in absolutely delicious.

Herniated Disc Tips And How I ...

Jul 16, 2011 by

About a year and a half ago I severely injured my back. It was the most intense physical pain I ever had to deal with in my life. The weird thing about it was that I could walk ( through some pain ), but I couldn’t sit or lie down without pain going from my back all the way down my leg.

Abs Ripper Push-Up Variation E...

Jul 15, 2011 by

The other day I was experimenting with different push-up variations and I came up with this move. After doing 3 sets of 8 with breaks in between, I saw stars in my eyes ( I can do about 30 regular push-up’s in a row ). Not only that, but the next day my Abs were incredibly sore ( my abs rarely get sore ).
