This is something that I’ve struggled with since very early on in my life, and as I was told by my doctors because of how sever it was, I will have to take medication for the rest of my life. The other day I posted on my personal facebook that I wanted to lose some weight to lean out. Just so nobody gets any ideas, I have to say upfront – I DO NOT BY ANY MEANS THINK THAT I AM OVERWEIGHT, I just want to lean out and fit into my old jeans. Usually if I can’t fit into my old jeans it’s time to tighten things up a bit. This year I’ve been giving my self A LOT OF SLACK, way more than I normally do and it did catch up to me because I own 12 pair of jeans that I can’t fit into, yep.

Today I have this very quick, easy to make, healthy and delicious salad dressing recipe. I personally stopped buying salad dressing from the store because even the healthiest kind has some kind of ingredient that I don’t like, like soybean oil ( now days most products have soybean oil in them ), or some kind of preservative, pretty much I’m done with store sold salad dressing. That’s why I have to be creative and come up with something of my own. But, since I’m also not Martha Stewart and I don’t like complicated recipes with many ingredients, my recipes always have to be super fast and easy to make with ingredients that most people will have laying around the house.
