Hello My Lovies,

Today I have the first video post for the newly added Fashion & Style Section. This was my outfit I wore for the New Year’s night. This is not how I dress every day, but when I go out I like to wear very interesting things, at times very unique things. I never follow any kind of trend or style, seasonal colors or anything that I see in magazines. I only wear things I like, things I’m comfortable and things that show off my body ( that I work hard at, so I have to take it for a spin once in a while LOL ).

Happy New Year my Lovies!

This has been a very nice holiday season for me, this year I decided to have more personal time and less work time. I believe that around the holidays we should be focusing on spending more time with family and friends, I personally love to spend this time of the year in a lot of self reflection, meditation and dream work. At this time of the year I focus more on my inner world rather than my physical form. Because of this I’ve been inspired to do more Talkchology Videos, and being the creature driven only by inspiration I do what feels right for me to do at the moment, that’s why I haven’t made any new workout videos, all though I have plenty new ones ready on paper.

Happy Monday my Lovies,

Oh La La tomorrow is Christmas Eve :) and I’m super exited cause I’m going to my friends house for dinner. I just love this time of the year, people are always so happy and joyful right before Christmas, there is Christmas music everywhere and just a good vibe in general, the only thin is missing is the snow, I totally miss the snow. Today I have a Talkchology video for you guys, In the video I’m talking about my new approach to the way I eat. I actually taken that approach with my training as well and I found out that having less of a structure makes me more happy.

8 Minute Abs ( Real Time Worko...

Greetings my dear Friends,

I know you guys are ready for another Real Time Abs Workout! I was looking through the blog the other day and I’ve realized it’s been a while since my last Abs Routine, it was totally time! This routine is only 8 minutes long, quite short, so it’s perfect to add as an addition to any of your strength training workouts, either upper body or lower body. If you are going to do this routine alone, I suggest to add some cardio after, preferable a mix of HIIT cardio and light cardio ( together they are more effective ). Example, 8-10 minutes HIIT + 10-15 minute light cardio.

I have a new Upper Body Workout for you guys, I’ve also added a Pyramid Cardio ( as part 2 ) just as a suggestion. I want to start adding cardio parts to all of my workouts, that way you always have a new cardio suggestion per each video. I also would like to start taking votes on videos each week. I’m going to either ask you guys to votes here on the blog or on my Facebook, that way I can always make the video that get’s more votes, it will help me to know what you guys like to see in my videos.

Greetings my Lovies,

I’ve wrote this article a little over a month ago, but for some reason I felt that only now it was time to post it and as you know I always listen to my inner guidance ;).

Today, we live in a world of many different personalities, beliefs and each of us is a completely unique individual who have chosen to live at this time for their personal expansion. I grew up in Russia, in a very closed minded atmosphere, you couldn’t just speak your mind, things were very black and white and if you didn’t blend in, it could get pretty tough to live there. But, that really didn’t stop me from critical thinking, I questioned everything that came my way, literally, especially from authority figures.

WOW Booty Training ( Full Pyra...

Greetings My Lovies,

Today I have INCREDIBLE Lower Body Workout focused on Butt ( there are some legs in there as well )! I. This workout is going to be in Full Pyramid Style, last week we’ve done reversed pyramid workout, today the pyramid is going to be full, meaning we will go from low reps to high, then reverse it and go back up. But before we reverse the pyramid we will do 1 bodyweight exercise. The exercises that I’ve chosen are basic, which we always do, but it’s the style in which we will do them that will make a difference in the way we train.
