I did this super cool upper body workout. The other day I was playing around in my training room and I came up with the coolest new push-up variation. This workout took me under 25 minutes to complete and it was very fun. The third round was the hardest.

Today I wanted to share an amazing homemade face cleanser that I came up with a few weeks ago while experimenting with things in my kitchen. Since I’ve been using this cleanser for 2 weeks my face has been looking brighter every day. I’ve been using it day and night, I also have been leaving it on my face as a mask. Seriously amazing stuff, with only 3 ingredients.

Pool Party Workout

Hello my Darlings!!!

I am back yay :) with a new lower body workout. This workout was done as an interval training and it only takes 22 minutes. I am so happy that so many of you guys had joined inn on the No Sugar Challenge for this week!!! But since we are doing this challenge the workouts this week will be just a little less intense than usual, the reason for that is not only because we are doing the No Sugar Challenge but also because we need to periodize our training.
