Get ready for a very hard upper body workout!!! Lately I’ve been feeling that every workout is been getting harder and harder, maybe because it’s autumn and I am feeling very motivated! Autumn is actually one of the best times of the year to start pushing your self, because in the autumn our internal clock want’s us to start analyzing and plan for new beginnings. Strength Couture Cardio &...

Hello Lovies,

Today I have a very very challenging lower body strength training cardio workout. This routine was a circuit and it took me 33 minutes and 27 seconds to complete. This workout was bodyweight only, but it was extremely hard not only physically but mentally as well. I also have a little motivation talk for you at the beginning of the video.

Today I wanted to start a new challenge, this challenge is going to improve our posture and strengthen our core from the inside. This is going to be very simple to follow, and will only take 3 minutes per day of your morning time, or which ever time of the day you pick. The benefits of this challenge will be extremely beneficial, it’s gonna help you not only to improve your posture, strengthen your back and core, but it’s gonna improve your exercise form even further, and you guys know how obsessed I am with good exercise form.

Today I have a really great lower body workout, it’s about 20 minutes long but it will make your Booty Pop! After I finished this routine I went for 10 minutes of interval running and finished with some stretching.

This recipe is so delicious and it’s a perfect pre workout snack ( you would have to eat it about 1 hour and 15 minutes before your workout ).
