Strong Confidence Workout

Hello My Sweeties,

Ready for a new killer lower body routine? I was so done after I finished this that I couldn’t even do my cardio. I called this workout Strength Confidence because after you finish it, you will feel strong and confident! It took me about 30 minutes to complete, and this routine has 2 parts, circuit and interval training.

Chicken Portobello Soup Recipe

Hello My Lovies,

I am back with another soup recipe, this is the soup I was eating yesterday when I posted my Food Diary Wednesday 2. In Russia we always make lot’s of soups, we literally have some kind of soup daily. I love making them because I have a big pot of it which lasts me for 3 days, and that would be my daily lunch. Lately, I’ve also been using mostly fresh herbs for my soups and I always add fresh veggies, Arugula is my favorite to add.

Perfect Form Perfect Speed Wor...

Hello My Lovies,

Today I did something a bit crazy and this is the first time I’ve done a workout with this many rounds, it was 15 rounds! But don’t get scared because there is only 4 exercises. The goal of this Upper Body Routine is to go with PERFECT FORM AND PERFECT SPEED without modifications ( but don’t rush in sacrifice of form ). You will totally be able to do this because there is only 4 reps per exercise ( except for the pull-up, there is only 2 reps but I did all of them unassisted. This was also quite she shoulder ripper for me, my shoulders were definitely on fire!

Indigo Power-Tower Workout

I am finally back with another Lower Body Routine. I thought I was feeling much better until I started to do this workout, then the room started to spin. But I was still able to finish the workout, I definitely will not scare you with my time cause it was quite long, you will beat me twice for sure!
