Healthy Nutrition Breakfast Recipe

I came up with this cool recipe with only the best ingredients.   It tastes like bread pudding and it has so many nutrients, just a perfect start to your morning.

Here is the Ingredients:

1. Three Eggs

2. 1 cup of flax seed meal

3. 1 and a half cup of soy milk

4. Five table spoons of raw honey

5. 1 cup of Turkish apricots cut into small pieces

6. 1 half a cup of coconut oil

7. 1 Banana ( Chopped into little pieces)

8. 1 table spoon of Raw Cocoa powder

9. 1 pinch of salt

10. 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Set your stove for 360 degrees

Mix all the ingredients in to a bowl until the paste looks very smooth but not too thick, if it is too think ad a little extra soy milk, flax seed meal seems to be very absorbent. Pour the mixture into a baking bowl of your choice.

When the stove is preheated, place it to bake for 50 minutes. Set your timer.

25 minutes through the baking process, take it out and spread a table spoon of honey on top of it.   Place it back into the stove and bake it for an additional 20 minutes. When it’s done, take it out and cool it for 20 minutes. It should look like a baked pudding.   I call it the The Healthy Indulgence :).   Enjoy it with your coffee.
