I found another amazing Super Food and I am happy to share it.
I present :) Goji Berries and their benefits.  This is my first time trying them, they taste a little bit like dates, but less sweet.   They have been used in Chinese medicine for many years because of their rich nutritional value.

Goji Berries contain 19 amino acids including Isoleucine and Methione. The Linoleic acid that is found in Goji Berries promotes body fat loss and has been found to be 15 times more nutritional than spinach.

They  contain 4 unique Polysaccharides. Polysaccharides are complex carbohydrates that our body needs to grow and develop.  The polysaccharides are very effective in improving the function of your immune system and cells. Also these polysaccharides help your body to store less fat.

Goji berry is used for its anti-aging properties and is known as the most powerful food for anti-aging.  Because they slow down aging of the cells.

Vitamin C in Goji berries boosts the immune system to fight illnesses and diseases.  It contains a compound known as Physalin, which plays a role in strengthening the immune system.

If you add Goji Berries to your diet will also improve your skin and hair.  They promote faster hair growth and  improve texture of the skin. ( I will update in a few month’s to let you know if it working for me, because I just started eating Goji )

Germanium contained in Goji Berries has several anti-cancer properties.   It helps to prevent cancer and in some studies even treated.

Many people that now eat Goji berries on a daily basis notice improved eyesight, mood enhancement, improved level of energy and better sleeping habits. ( I will update you about that as well, because I always had sleeping problems.)

      I eat the sometimes by them selves, I also add them to my morning toasted oatmeal.
